The all time favorite Mac and Cheese recipe is here and its more than appetizing as ever. A fresh new dish for your next family meal.

You Will Need

  • 36oz of Macaroni Shells
  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
  • 1teaspoon Paprika
  • SPG RUB
  • 16 oz Sharp Cheddar
  • 16 oz Monterey Jack
  • 2 Can’s Evaporated Milk
  • Bacon Bits
  • Italian Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 1/4 cups Pasta Water

Directions

Precooked macaroni. Once cooked, put it in an Aluminum Pan. Mix with Cream Cheese, butter, mustard,paprika, SPG rub, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey jack, evaporated milk and bacon bits. Incorporate all ingredients.

Prepare the smoker for about 300 degrees. Put the pan in and let it sit for about 15minutes, then stir.

Give it another 15 minutes. Then add the whole milk and the pasta water and mix. Then cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Take it out of the smoker, put the Panko breadcumbs on top and toast it using a kitchen torch.

It’s now all good to go for a taste.
