You Will Need
- Ground Chuck
- Shredded Cheese
Put ground chuck in a big bowl, add couple of tablespoon of SPG, salt and pepper. Mix altogether using your hands. Roll into meatballs. Mash the meatballs.
Slice the liverwurst and add it on top of each patty. Put shredded cheese on top of the patty, then put the second patty on top and pressed it down to mold along the sides.
Preheat the kettle grill for about 325 degrees. Smoked the bacon for about 30 minutes. Dress the burger patties with the smoked bacon.
Put the patty with bacon on the grill for indirect grilling. Put the lid on and monitor the internal temp for 150 degrees.
Once at 150 degrees, put cheese on top and put the lid back and wait until the cheese are melted. Toast the burger buns for a few minutes. Take out the patties off the grill and put it on top of the bun, put lettuce, tomatoes and onions on top. Put some mayo on the buns other half before putting it on top. It’s now ready to be served.
