Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs
- Butter
- SPG
- 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- Hot Sauce
- Onion (chopped)
- Beer of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat grill. Preheat iron frying pan.
- Put oil, butter, onion, garlic, and season with SPG. Put the chicken thighs bottom side down and add the beer and hot sauce.
- Put SPG seasoning on top. Put the lid back on and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then place the chicken thighs over the grill grate indirect opposite the hot coals with the grill temp for about 300-325 degrees.
- Put the cover back on and cook for 20-30 minutes.
- Every now and then baste the chicken with the beer, butter garlic and onion sauce. Internal temp should be about 165 degrees.
- Once done, put chicken on a plate and drizzle with the remaining sauce and serve.
