  • 4 1/2 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 3 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Ancho Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Black Pepper
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Teaspoon Chipotle Powder

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir them together with a fork until the sugar is broken up and the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Makes a great seasoning for any kind of meat or poultry before cooking it on the grill, smoking it, or roasting it in the oven.
  • The barbecue dry rub may be kept for up to six months if it is sealed tightly in an airtight container and kept in a cold, dry environment.
