You Will Need

  • Picanha (sliced-micro thin)
  • Bacon
  • Oil
  • Green Peas
  • Corn
  • Ham
  • Eggs
  • Mayo
  • Kosher Salt
  • Mozzarella Cheese


Preheat the griddle.

Grill the bacon first, cut into small pieces, set aside. Cook the picanha, cut into pieces. Cook ham and cut into pieces. Combine with the other meat. While still on the griddle, put mozarella cheese on top of the combined meat, cover with a stainless bowl for the cheese to melt.

Set frying pan, pour oil. Saute green peas and corn. Cook egg, add salt. Toast the bread.

Set up the bread. Spread some mayo, put corn and peas, lay down meat and cheese on top, then the cooked eggs. Fold the bread. Slice and serve.
