Chocolate Bacon Sandwich

The perfect form of the dessert sandwich. This was elevated to a whole new level by the combination of bacon and luscious, warm chocolate. I have high hopes that you will give this one a go!

Ingredients

Bacon
Sourdough
Mayo
Dark Chocolate
Flake Sea Salt

Instructions

Set up grill for indirect cooking.
Cook bacon, then cut into bits.
Slice sourdough. Spread mayonnaise on the outer side of the bread.
Put on bacon, dark chocolate and bacon then top with another slice of bread.
Set on the griddle and press down firmly. Cook until golden brown. Sprinkle with flake sea salt.
