Crab Cakes On The Grill

Ingredients
- 1 Lbs Blue Crab Lump Meat
- 1 Lbs Blue Crab Claw Meat
- Butter
- Garlic (chopped)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Scallion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- ½ Cup Mayo
- Black Pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Set and heat up the grill.
- In a big bowl, pour on the mayonaise, add garlic, scallion, eggs, cayenne pepper and lemon juice, mix it until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Add bread crumbs for consistency, mix properly. Add butter and mix. Add crab lump meat and claw meat.
- Then salt and pepper to taste. Mix properly using your bare hands.
- Form a ball out of the mixture, then flatten for frying.
- Set up the frying pan on the grill, melt butter. Fry the crab mixture. Sear both sides for about a few minutes. Once done remove from the frying pan and serve.
- Best serve with coleslaw with butter as your dip. And can also be serve with bread.
