Ingredients
- 4 Lbs Roast Sirloin
- Mushroom (cut)
- Flour
- Butter
- 10 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- Onion (chopped)
- Sour Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- SPG
- 1 Liter Beef Broth
- 4-5 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Hot Sauce
- 1 Cup Beer
- Oil
- 1 Lbs Egg Noodles
Instructions
- Set up the grill for direct cooking.
- Rub oil on the steak, season with SPG. Put on the grill, sear both side for couple of minutes each. Cut into a quarter inch thick and into a bite size.
- Set iron pan on the grill, heat up. Pour some oil to saute. Melt butter, saute onion, garlic and mushroom. Put the sirloin beef chunks into the pan.
- Add beer, worcestershire sauce, beef broth and cayenne pepper then mix. Let it simmer for 2 hours.
- Pour in the egg noodles in the pot, cook for couple of minutes. After simmering for 5-6 minutes, stir, then add the sour cream, mix, add flour to thicken.
- Set in a plate, add sour cream on top and hot sauce. Serve and enjoy!
