This isn’t a typical pasta with meat and cheese recipe. This recipe includes different kind of meat cheese combined to create a very delicious recipe that you surely need to try.
You Will Need
- 2 Lbs Natural Casing Sausage
- 1 Lbs Bacon (sliced)
- 2 Lbs Ground chuck
- 1 Tablespoon Spg seasoning
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 Green bell pepper (sliced)
- Onion (chopped)
- 1 Jalapeno (chopped)
- 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 64oz Pasta Sauce
- 1 Cup Habanero Cheese (grated)
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup Grated Mozerella Cheese
- 2 Lbs Pasta
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Heat water in a pot, add salt. When water is boiling, add pasta and cook until done. Drain, put back in the pot, add oil and toss to mix.
Preheat the grill 250-275 Degrees.
Place bacon on grill. Make a swirl of the sausage and insert a couple of skewers to hold the shape. Place on grill. Put the lid back on and cook for 2 to 2.5 hours. Flip the bacon and sausage as necessary to cook both sides evenly.
Put SPG on the ground chuck. Mix and form into burgers. Place the burgers on the grill and cook until medium done. Chop the smoked bacons. remove the skewers off the sausage and chop into chunks.
Heat an iron pan over the grill. Pour some oil, once oil is heat up, add bell pepper, onion and jalapeño, allow to cook for couple of minutes. Add garlic, saute until the onions are a bit translucent. Add italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, mix and cook for another minute. Add pasta sauce and mix. Crush the burgers and add it to the sauce, mix. After mixing add bacon and sausage and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Add in the pasta and mix. Top with habanero cheese, parmesan cheese and mozarella cheese. Put the lid back on and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to get the cheese melted. Serve hot.
