Planked Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
- Jalapeño
- Smoked Colby Jack/Smoked Muenster Cheese
- Bacon
- Barbecue Rub
Instructions
- Soak plank for about 1 hour. Preheat the grill for indirect and direct cooking.
- Make some jalapeño boats. Put the cheese in the jalapeño boat. Then wrap with half a piece of bacon for each boat. Sprinkle with barbecue rub.
- Place in the plank, then place the plank on the grill grate and cook for about 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, move to direct heat until the plank is almost on fire.
- Cook for another couple of minutes, then remove from the grill and serve.
