- 6 Oz Spicy Brown Mustard (sub any mustard, try classic yellow)
- 1 Bottle Barbecue Sauce
- BBQ Dry Rub of your choice
- Apple Juice
- Beer
Instructions
- Brisket should be trimmed, then slathered with hot mustard.
- Apply a dry rub, then wrap it up and place it in the fridge for eight hours.
- Add hot water, beer, and apple juice to the drip tray or designated water pan in the smoker after preheating it to 230 °F.
