Smoked Espresso Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 Lbs Baby Back Pork Ribs
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Very Strong Coffee or Double Shot of Espresso
Instructions
- Over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Whisk in honey, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, and espresso after removing from the heat. After 15 minutes of simmering, turn the heat back off.
- Set the smoker to 225 °F.
- Salt and pepper the ribs before putting them in the smoker for three hours to cook. After removing the ribs, apply sauce.
- Place in smoker once more for one more hour after wrapping in tin foil. Serve.
