Smoked Mac And Cheese

- Aluminum Pan
- Smoker/Grill
- Kitchen Torch
Ingredients
- 36 Oz Macaroni Shells
- 6 Oz Cream Cheese
- 3 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- SPG RUB
- 16 Oz Sharp Cheddar
- 16 Oz Monterey Jack
- 2 Cans Evaporated Milk
- Bacon Bits
- Italian Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1/4 Cup Pasta Water
Instructions
- Precooked macaroni. Once cooked, put it in an Aluminum Pan.
- Mix with Cream Cheese, butter, mustard, paprika, SPG rub, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey jack, evaporated milk and bacon bits. Incorporate all ingredients.
- Prepare the smoker for about 300 degrees. Put the pan in and let it sit for about 15minutes, then stir.
- Give it another 15 minutes. Then add the whole milk and the pasta water and mix. Then cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Take it out of the smoker, put the Panko breadcrumbs on top and toast it using a kitchen torch. It's now all good to go for a taste.
