Smoked Mac And Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oz Macaroni Shells
  • 6 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • SPG RUB
  • 16 Oz Sharp Cheddar
  • 16 Oz Monterey Jack
  • 2 Cans Evaporated Milk
  • Bacon Bits
  • Italian Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Pasta Water

Instructions
 

  • Precooked macaroni. Once cooked, put it in an Aluminum Pan.
  • Mix with Cream Cheese, butter, mustard, paprika, SPG rub, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey jack, evaporated milk and bacon bits. Incorporate all ingredients.
  • Prepare the smoker for about 300 degrees. Put the pan in and let it sit for about 15minutes, then stir.
  • Give it another 15 minutes. Then add the whole milk and the pasta water and mix. Then cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  • Take it out of the smoker, put the Panko breadcrumbs on top and toast it using a kitchen torch. It's now all good to go for a taste.
