Smoked Prime Rib Recipe
- Small bowl
- 1 5 Lbs Prime Rib Roast
- 2 Tablespoon Salt
- 4 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
- Heat smoker to 250 °F.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, pepper, salt, and thyme. Season the prime rib by rubbing it.
- Put the roast in the smoker and reduce the temperature to 225 °F. For medium-rare, smoke for around 5 hours.
- Take out and stand for 20 minutes. Serve.
