Set and heat up the grill.
In a big bowl, pour on the mayonaise, add garlic, scallion, eggs, cayenne pepper and lemon juice, mix it until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Add bread crumbs for consistency, mix properly. Add butter and mix. Add crab lump meat and claw meat.
Then salt and pepper to taste. Mix properly using your bare hands.
Form a ball out of the mixture, then flatten for frying.
Set up the frying pan on the grill, melt butter. Fry the crab mixture. Sear both sides for about a few minutes. Once done remove from the frying pan and serve.
Best serve with coleslaw with butter as your dip. And can also be serve with bread.
