Put the ground beef in a big bowl, season with SPG and mix using your clean hands.
Make giant meatballs out of the ground beef and press down into a burger patty.
Preheat the grill. Put oil on the grate. Place the patty on the grill grate over direct heat and sear them on both sides for a few minutes but don't cook all the way through.
Place a cast iron pan on the grill and put the patties in the pan. Break the patty into pieces. Then add brown sugar, garlic powder and onion powder, mix well.
Add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, BBQ sauce and the beer to add moisture (you can add water instead of beer), mix all ingredients.
Bring the mix to simmer and let cook for about 20 minutes.
Toast up the buns on the grill. Put butter on the inner side of the buns. Add the Sloppy Joe mix on top of the buns and you can enjoy this mouth watering Sloppy Joe.
