Precooked macaroni. Once cooked, put it in an Aluminum Pan.
Mix with Cream Cheese, butter, mustard, paprika, SPG rub, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey jack, evaporated milk and bacon bits. Incorporate all ingredients.
Prepare the smoker for about 300 degrees. Put the pan in and let it sit for about 15minutes, then stir.
Give it another 15 minutes. Then add the whole milk and the pasta water and mix. Then cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Take it out of the smoker, put the Panko breadcrumbs on top and toast it using a kitchen torch. It's now all good to go for a taste.
