Smoked Beef Jerky Recipe
Yes, you may use your smoker to create your very own beef jerky recipe of your own devising.

- 4 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 2 Lbs Sirloin (cut into half inch slices)
Stir together all the ingredients—aside from the steak—in a large bowl.
Steak should be added before being covered and chilled the next day.
Depending on your smoker and configuration, heat it to a low temperature (about 200 °F).
Place the pork strips on the cooking grate, cover it, and smoke it for about eight hours. Serve.
