- 2 Large Heads of Cabbage
- 2 Sticks Melted Butter
Cut the middle of the cabbage after removing the tough core from the bottom.
Add butter to the hole. Remove the tough core, then encase the cabbage in tin foil.
Place cabbage in your smoker with some space between the two heads after preheating it to 230 °F.
