Ham and Cheese Kabobs Recipe

These straightforward kabobs are sure to be a hit with people of all ages. A lunch that is served on a stick may be prepared in a flash.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 12 Gherkins
  • 4 Slices Country Ham
  • 1 Block Swiss Cheese (Cubed)

Instructions
 

  • Heat grill to low.
  • Slice the ham into thirds, then roll each piece into a little square.
  • One gherkin, one ham cube, one cheese cube, and one tomato should be threaded onto each skewer three times.
  • Skewers should be fried over low heat for 2 minutes on each side, or until just barely done but the cheese is still solid. Serve.
