Set up the grill for direct cooking.
Rub oil on the steak, season with SPG. Put on the grill, sear both side for couple of minutes each. Cut into a quarter inch thick and into a bite size.
Set iron pan on the grill, heat up. Pour some oil to saute. Melt butter, saute onion, garlic and mushroom. Put the sirloin beef chunks into the pan.
Add beer, worcestershire sauce, beef broth and cayenne pepper then mix. Let it simmer for 2 hours.
Pour in the egg noodles in the pot, cook for couple of minutes. After simmering for 5-6 minutes, stir, then add the sour cream, mix, add flour to thicken.
Set in a plate, add sour cream on top and hot sauce. Serve and enjoy!
