Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Thighs
  • Butter
  • SPG
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Hot Sauce
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Beer of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill. Preheat iron frying pan.
  • Put oil, butter, onion, garlic, and season with SPG. Put the chicken thighs bottom side down and add the beer and hot sauce.
  • Put SPG seasoning on top. Put the lid back on and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Then place the chicken thighs over the grill grate indirect opposite the hot coals with the grill temp for about 300-325 degrees.
  • Put the cover back on and cook for 20-30 minutes.
  • Every now and then baste the chicken with the beer, butter garlic and onion sauce. Internal temp should be about 165 degrees.
  • Once done, put chicken on a plate and drizzle with the remaining sauce and serve.
