  • 1 Large Brisket
  • 6 Oz Spicy Brown Mustard (sub any mustard, try classic yellow)
  • 1 Bottle Barbecue Sauce
  • BBQ Dry Rub of your choice
  • Apple Juice
  • Beer

Instructions
 

  • Brisket should be trimmed, then slathered with hot mustard.
  • Apply a dry rub, then wrap it up and place it in the fridge for eight hours.
  • Add hot water, beer, and apple juice to the drip tray or designated water pan in the smoker after preheating it to 230 °F.
  • After the first two hours of cooking, you may start spritzing the meat with apple juice every two hours.
  • Cook for around 12 hours or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 195 °F.
  • Slice against the grain, then serve after 30 minutes of standing.
