Grilled Nashville Hot Chicken

- Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning (recipe below)

Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
- 3 Tablespoon Killer Hogs AP Rub
- 1/2 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1/2 Tablespoon White Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Pepper
Nashville Hot Chicken Sauce
- 8 Oz Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
- 4 Oz Butter
- 4 Oz Canola Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Paprika
- 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
First, dry each thigh with a couple sheets of paper towel to absorb the moisture.
Then, season with Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning on both side of the chicken. And spray with vegetable oil.
Prepare the grill. Arrange each piece of chicken around the outside of the cooking grate. Close the lid and cook for 30-40 minutes. Thighs need to cook to at least 175⁰ internal.
Once done, dunk each piece in the Hot Sauce mixture and it's ready to eat. You can also have it serve with bread and pickles.

Nashville Hot Chicken Sauce
Bring hot sauce, butter and canola oil to a simmer. Then add hot chicken seasoning, cayenne pepper, paprika and brown sugar.
Whisk to combine and keep warm until ready to use.
