Sweet & Spicy BBQ Rub Recipe
This dry rub is a flavorful blend of herbs, spices, salt, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper. It tastes fantastic on grilled or roasted pork as well as roast or rotisserie chicken.

- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Smoked Paprika
- 2 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cayene Pepper
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients, working out any lumps in the brown sugar or onion powder with your fingertips.
The rub can keep for months if kept in an airtight container out of direct sunlight and heat.
