Pecan Rub Recipe
Excellent for pork, chicken, and fish is this sweet rub. It can be applied to anything, and the color is stunning.

- 2 Oz Pecan Pieces (ground)
- 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
In a small dish, mix each ingredient with the others until well blended.
Move the container to one that has a tight-fitting lid. For up to 6 months, keep in an airtight container in a cold, dry location.
