Smoked Sausage Recipe

This recipe for sausage is perfect for preparing both main dishes and snacks since it is so simple to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 Tablespoon Sugar Cure
  • 2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 2 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • 5 Teaspoon Tender Quick
  • 2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Peppercorns

Instructions
 

  • All ingredients should be combined before being placed in a lidded plastic container. Mixing roughly every 12 hours, chill for three days in the refrigerator.
  • Heat smoker to 220 °F.
  • Take your mixture out of the refrigerator and form it into sausages.
  • Set your sausages on the grill for nine hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 °F. Serve.
