Smoked Espresso Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Lbs Baby Back Pork Ribs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Very Strong Coffee or Double Shot of Espresso

Instructions
 

  • Over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes.
  • Whisk in honey, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, and espresso after removing from the heat. After 15 minutes of simmering, turn the heat back off.
  • Set the smoker to 225 °F.
  • Salt and pepper the ribs before putting them in the smoker for three hours to cook. After removing the ribs, apply sauce.
  • Place in smoker once more for one more hour after wrapping in tin foil. Serve.
