- 1 Flour Tortilla
- Pulled Pork
- 1/4 cup shredded protein
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup Fritos
- 1/4 cup shredded aged cheddar
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Topping
- Cilantro
- Green onion
- Sour cream
Place the tortilla on your work area and make a slit running from the center to one of the edges using a sharp knife.
Along with the pulled pork, distribute each of your fillings among the tortilla's four quadrants.
Fold one quadrant up, then across, then down to create a triangle pocket, starting at the bottom right corner.
In a pan over medium-low heat, add the cheddar that has been shredded.
Once it has melted, add the filled tortilla and heat for approximately 2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
