Preheat the grill 250-275 Degrees.
Place bacon on grill. Make a swirl of the sausage and insert a couple of skewers to hold the shape.
Place on grill. Put the lid back on and cook for 2 to 2.5 hours. Flip the bacon and sausage as necessary to cook both sides evenly.
Put SPG on the ground chuck. Mix and form into burgers. Place the burgers on the grill and cook until medium done.
Chop the smoked bacons. remove the skewers off the sausage and chop into chunks.
Heat an iron pan over the grill. Pour some oil, once oil is heat up, add bell pepper, onion and jalapeño, allow to cook for couple of minutes.
Add garlic, sauté until the onions are a bit translucent. Add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, mix and cook for another minute.
Add pasta sauce and mix. Crush the burgers and add it to the sauce, mix. After mixing add bacon and sausage and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Add in the pasta and mix. Top with habanero cheese, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Put the lid back on and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to get the cheese melted. Serve hot.
