Put a few tablespoons of SPG, salt, and pepper in a large bowl with the ground pork. combining everything with your hands.
Make meatballs by rolling. Mash the meatballs.
The liverwurst is cut into slices and placed atop each burger.
Shredded cheese should be placed on top of the burger before the second patty is placed on top and pushed down to form the sides.
Set the kettle grill to a temperature of around 325. The bacon was smoked for around 30 minutes. Smoked bacon is used to top the hamburger patties.
Place the bacon-topped patty on the grill to cook it slowly. Place the cover on and check for 150 degrees inside.
When the temperature reaches 150 degrees, sprinkle cheese on top, replace the cover, and wait for the cheese to melt. The burger buns should be lightly toasted.
Place the burgers on top of the bread after removing them from the grill. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on top.
Before placing it on top, spread some mayo over the bottom half of the sandwich. It is now prepared for serving.
